According to these documents Mr. Salbol has outstanding IRS liens amounting to over $25,000 which were filed in Brevard County, Florida on the 25th of October 2002. You can see the document here.

Another tax lien for $2,123.12 was filed also in Brevard County on the 24th of March 2005. You can see the document here.

We don’t know if Salbol has made any arrangements for payments but it is noted that Henrik Salbol has a history of setting up companies which then are closed fairly soon. Is this something related to avoiding taxes? We’ll see.

Another Survivor from the UK has collected the names of all the companies that Salbol has been a director of and these will be published as soon as possible.
 

Mr. Murov was a participant in the Free Zone groups of Kiev, Ukraine and other parts the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States). He became interested in the number of ways in which institutional psychiatry cropped up in the Free Zone's dealings and especially in the background of Free Zone leaders in the CIS. His interest led to an investigation and the first fruits of that are in his booklet "Psychiatry in the Free Zone" (Психиатрия В Свободной Зоне).

The original work in Russian is located at freezone-psych.sbn.bz in two Adobe Acrobat files. It has its rough spots but I think that you will get the gist of what Ilia had to say. Also, if you read Russian well and note an inaccuracy in the English translation, please let us know.

Ilia Murov's work has led to a re-look at a number of other Free Zone and Ron's Org figures outside the CIS, using material that we already had to hand. Take a look at the story of Rey Robles, for instance.

Mr. Levy has been attending various Freezone (Ron’s Org) conferences held over the years and he was a speaker at the 1999 conference held in Germany along with Max and Erika Hauri, Bernd Lubeck and others.

The story ran on French TV, France 3 channel. According to France 3 Mr. Levy stated that “…his methods consisted in releasing the sexual energy of its patient” however the young woman that filed a complaint on Levy told another story alleging that Levy lead her to perform certain acts [specifics are not given in the article about what acts but this wording is replaced by a series of “dashes”].

The complaint states that Michael Moore, as the owner of Gold Today, provided exchange services between people seeking investments and One Group International, in a Ponzi scheme of large proportions operated by One Group and its principals.

The alleged charges include:  Violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Collusion in RICO violations mail fraud, wire fraud and money laundering, Common law fraud, Aiding and abetting common law fraud, Negligent misrepresentation, Breach of fiduciary duty, Unjust enrichment (keeping money one shouldn't have), and imposition of a constructive trust (misuse of trust property).

So, far from no longer being named in this matter, additional details have come to light in an international scheme that would make a good John Grisham novel.

ANSWER: 

No, we don’t disagree with these purposes; we do think however that Mr. Moore is going 180 degrees against these purposes.  Specifics: Mr. Moore has invited Tommy Thompson, to Australia and has widely publicized this in his web site.  Thompson is the epitome of “altering, diluting and changing” Scientology technology.  Have you seen Tommy drinking coffee during an auditing session?  Which HCO B written by L. Ron Hubbard covers this Michael?  Have you ever heard of the Auditor’s Code?  Go to what’s tommy up to link on this site and you can find out for yourself. 
 

In this e-mail Mr. Moore said:

We have looked at this link and there is no mention of Michael Moore nor Gold-Today much less their removal from the case.

Of note is that Mr. Moore says “None of the exchange providers have been indicted” yet this is not a criminal case but a civil lawsuit. Is there a criminal case going somewhere on this? 

So unless Mr. Moore can provide some clear cut proof to the contrary we will have to assume that Mr. Moore is still a defendant in the Ponzi scheme lawsuit. However one of our survivors from New York went to the trouble of checking the docket sheet of the case and found that Mr. Moore is still named as defendant in the last amended complaint.

Sorry Michael, nice try.

Of course if anyone wants to provide us with any additional documents or news on this we will be glad to review it and publish it as the case may be.
 

She said that things are changing; she will send us a more detailed report but wanted us to know that she did do a good deed while there.  She said that a guy called Jay brought a new girl who had never been there before.  They were talked to and were quite friendly.  The girl did not know about Saint Hill, so was given details and she was intrigued about LRH and the manor.  At lunchtime we got hold of them again and gave her the Freezone Survivors website, which she was very pleased to get! 

She also spoke with Mike Manias who said that they are not Free Zone, they don’t invite them and they don’t want them there. Changes can happen…
