Ethier has engaged himself in gross violations of the Auditors’ Code which have continued after Ethier left the Church. In a 35 page message from 13 Feb 2004 that he wrote which was posted on the fzaoint@yahoogroups.com Ethier broke the Auditor’s Code by revealing withholds from many pc’s that he had been auditing. He doesn’t just tell the data he included their full names and in some cases a description of who these pc’s are. 

We also learned that in May 2004, Ethier issued alter-ised and squirrel Scientology technical data and bulletins. In these, he falsely referred to himself as a "Class XII Auditor and C/S," in an attempt to add credibility to this squirrel data. This is despite the fact that such levels of technical expertise are gained by applying only Standard Tech and are earned and held only by fully trained and Qualified Sea Org members. 

In 1992, Ethier’s auditor certificates had been suspended for gross out-tech he committed on his PCs such as Auditor’s Code violations including PCs who were not properly fed or were physically tired, as well as out-tech resulting in PCs demanding reassignment to another auditor. As a consequence of his out-tech on PCs, he was constantly red tagging his PCs. 

Here is what LRH says in the Auditor’s Code: 

5. "I promise not to process a preclear who has not had sufficient rest and who is physically tired."
6. "I promise not to process a preclear who is improperly fed or hungry."
22. "I promise never to use the secrets of a preclear divulged in session for punishment or personal gain."

So if you plan to get "auditing" from Ethier you are doing it at your risk, since there is no guarantee that anything you tell him he will keep to himself.
